Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Umoja Games festival, which happens annually, was cancelled this year. They decided, however, to keep the spirit of the games alive by creating a documentary series about the past 8 years.

The Umoja Outreach Foundation was our first international client and we were so excited to take on this massive project. The biggest challenge was taking a story that spanned 9 years and condensing it into 9 episodes. As we could not film anything, we used interviews, testimonials, archive footage and footage available on the internet.
