Tah's Tasty - Short Documentary
Tah’s Tasty is a spice brand based in Toronto, Canada. They specialize in creating high quality spice blends that help people create authentic and delicious dishes. We’ve used this product and, honestly, we use their Bizari spice blend in everything we make.
For this film, we wanted to tell their brands story - and that story lies with Misriya, the founder of the brand, and her mother Tahera. Tah is short for Tahera, and Misriya was inspired to create the brand because it was her way to share their family recipes (and the love that comes from food) with others. We wanted to capture Tahera’s story through Misriya’s eyes, and having Misriya speak about how her mother inspired her and why she does what she does was so heartfelt and inspiring.
